The countryside, the landscapes of his childhood, the horse and the bull are all sources of inspiration for the Spanish sculptor Carlos Mata. In his work, he makes play with elementary forms and exploits the many colours, textures and irregularities of oxidised cast iron. For Daum, he created Troya and Cabeza.
Majestic piece made of vibrant colours; Troya takes us back the memories of the famous Trojan horse. For Cabeza, beautiful curves and incredible colour variations enhance the imaginary dimension of this work.
